Our scalable TechSeeker™ solution drives profitability while reducing supply chain costs.  Most importantly, there is no cost to implement TechSeeker™.   The only requirement for bringing your procurement processes to the electronic world is an Internet-accessible computer.  Since Enable Systems solutions are customizable and housed entirely on Enable Systems servers, your access to the IT Marketplace is immediate.

How Does TechSeeker™ Work?

This IT Marketplace solution gives you access to the nation’s largest distributors not traditionally available through direct access.  Enable Systems values its strategic relationships with these top distributors and manufacturers.  Through our Internet portal, this easy-to-use web-based application allows you to search and compare over 500,000 SKUs representing over 2,100 manufacturers, including IBM, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, and Palm.  Because of its 7 x 24 accessibility, you can order products any time of the day.  TechSeeker™ can manage the entire process, including the planning, procurement and shipping status of your products.  The internal modules can be expanded to trace and leverage your internal communications and your corporate knowledge.

Order Status/Tracking and Reporting

The status of your order is tracked by TechSeeker™ and directly integrated with supplier order systems.   You have immediate access to product ship dates and tracking numbers. Extensive reporting is also available to help you monitor spend levels and identify trends.

Key Functions

TechSeeker™ offers an extensive catalog and easy searching of the data.  The TechSeeker™ database contains a robust SKU count representing thousands of manufacturers.  Up to 65 attributes for each product are available to be searched, reviewed and compared.  Products can be searched by any combination of keyword, manufacturer, part number or extensive product categories.  Company-standard products and configurations are stored using custom lists for quick ordering and to maintain adherence to corporate standards.  Once your product is located, the tool also allows for viewing by supplier for updated product availability and pricing.  Also, up to five like products can be compared across the attributes for those products. Attribute differences are automatically highlighted to assist with your shopping decision.
